Terms of service

These terms cover your use of adamgillman.com and everything sold on it. It's all run by AG Advisory ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying something, you agree to them. Questions go to adam@adamgillman.com.

This is education, not advice

The newsletter, the Engine Check, the kits, the membership and the Builder's Room share how Adam has run consumer businesses. None of it is financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Check decisions that matter with your own accountant, lawyer or adviser. You're responsible for the decisions you make in your business.

Results

The results on this site are real, but they're specific to those businesses. Your results depend on your business, your market and the work you put in. We don't promise any particular outcome.

Kits

• Kits are a one-time purchase, delivered as soon as you pay.
• Kits are digital and open right after checkout, so all kit sales are final.
• You can use a kit in your own business and share it with your team. Please don't resell it, publish it or pass it to other businesses.

Operator Membership

• New members get a 7-day free trial, once per person. You add a card when you join, and you won't be charged until the trial ends. If you've had the membership before, billing starts the day you rejoin.
• After the trial, it renews every month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel.
• Cancel any time with the Manage your membership link on your thank-you page, or by emailing us. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged. After that, you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
• We don't give refunds for partial months.

The Builder's Room

• The Builder's Room is by application and billed monthly at the price shown at checkout.
• Cancel any time. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, and we don't give refunds for partial months.
• Anything you share about your business stays confidential. We don't share your numbers with anyone outside the team working with you.

Advising

Direct advising work is covered by its own written agreement, which overrides these terms where they differ.

The community

Members share real numbers and real problems. Keep what other members share to yourself, be respectful, and don't use the community to sell to other members. We can remove anyone who doesn't, without a refund.

Our content

Everything on the site, in the newsletter and in the kits belongs to us. You can quote short parts if you credit Adam Gillman and link back.

Liability

We provide the site and everything on it "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

The rest

Florida law governs these terms. If we change them, we'll update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
